WHY ATTEND?

The CPC50220 - Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) qualification is suitable for those wishing to become a Registered Builder in Western Australia, Construction Manager, Site Supervisor and Building Inspector.

After successful completion of all the assessment requirements, you will be issued with the qualification CPC50220 - Diploma of Building and Construction (Building).

CPCCOHS1001A Work safely in the construction industry or CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry (White Card) will also be required to apply for Builders Registration requirements under the Building Commission.
 

To achieve this qualification, the candidate must demonstrate competency in:

• 27 units of competency:

• 24 core units

• 3 elective units

• a maximum of one unit may be from any training package or accredited course as long as it ensures the integrity of the qualification’s Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) alignment and contributes to a valid, industry supported vocational outcome.
